Private Yoga Sessions
Available to all guests is your very own bespoke yoga session. Taken by the incredible Natasha of North Coast Yoga all equipment is provided and classes can be held for beginner to advanced yoga practitioners. Natasha has been practicing yoga for 9 years and fell in love with its physical, emotional and mental health benefits. In 2019 she travelled to India, carrying out intensive yoga training qualifying in 3 types of yoga: vinyasa, hatha and ashtanga. Natasha's passion for yoga is infectious, and she brings her knowledge of all three types, breathwork and her love of nature, to her yoga classes.
